The Living and Entertainment areas
Villa Montezuma Hills has an open living/entertainment area, with it’s 10 meter high teak beamed roof, hand painted Mexican ceramic tiles, wrought iron and halogen lit niches is furnished with colorful large colonial sofas, hammocks and stucco benches.
The dining area and bar, overlooking the blue pool, ideal for candle light dinners and cocktails.

The fully equipped colonial furnished kitchen with professional cooking island and all modern appliances has a balcony with ocean view and maid room.
The TV room, which can be converted into a sixth bedroom, has satellite receiver and home theatre system, air-conditioning, and is located in the mezzanine of the Sala.

Villa Montezuma Hills’ Master Suite: antique king size bed and sofa-bed, air-conditioning and ceiling fan, refrigerator, ocean view veranda, large Mexican tiled Jacuzzi and separate shower, double washbasin, toilet with bidet, totals 100 square meters.
The two guest rooms, one queen size and two singles and one queen size and one single, each air-conditioned and with ceiling fan, satellite TV. refrigerator, bathroom, shower and walk-in closet.
These rooms are connected to the Sala via a thatched passage and build around a majestic Pochote tree.
The third guest room, queen size bed, air-conditioning and ceiling fan, satellite TV., refrigerator, bathroom, shower, walk-in closet and terrace is located beside the entrance of the Sala.

The surroundings assure absolute privacy and tranquility. At the entrance of the Estate are the guardhouse and staff quarters, making you feel secure and comfortable.
