Hotel Playa Royal
The Plaza Royal is the finest hotel on Carmen beach, or Santa Teresa, or Mal Pais, or any of the other surrounding beaches. New and luxurious, each rooms has a living room, dinning room, kitchen, satellite TV with DVD player, air-conditioning, and everything else one could want. The staff is well trained and courteous. The location is ideal; it's quiet, just across the street is a small grocery that specializes in American and European foods, plus, it's located on a wide, white sand beach. In my opinion, it's one the two prettiest stretches of beach on the entire Peninsula.
