“Perfect destination!”

Casa Colina

We simply completely loved it! Very clean, excellent breakfast, sympathic owners, nice environnment! Nothing to say!!!

“Loved Casa Colina B & B”

Casa Colina

If you seek a remote location for some rest and relaxation, close proximity to a wonderful restaurant, an amazing view of the Pacific Ocean, a comfortable room, and a feeling that you are staying in a place owned by truly WONDERFUL people then...

...consider a stay at Casa Colina B & B in Costa Rica...

After my first stay in May 2008, I quickly lined up a return visit in October 2008 (leaving Saturday 10/25...Yippee!).

I came back in May with a much better life attitude, and I hope to recapture the same feeling. If you like surfing, or are interested in learning how, Dave and Ariana run a surf school out of Casa Colina. If treking is your thing, I would highly suggest exploring Cabo Blanco National Park - a 30 minute cab ride...

“Loved, Loved, Loved it...”

Casa Colina

My boyfriend and I stayed at Casa Colina for 4 nights and ended up falling in love with this place. The rooms were big and the owners were friendly. They make you feel right at home. We hated having to leave. They have three BIG dogs (friendly, but big). So, if you're afraid of dogs this might not be the place for you... The only down side was the steep hill you had to climb to get to it. But, without that steep hill you'd never get the great views you get from your bedroom windows. If ever in the area we'd definitely stay there again. DON'T MISS this place.

“The most amazing hotel experience you'll ever have!”

Casa Colina

My boyfriend and I stayed at Casa Colina for 8 nights and it was the best hotel experience we've ever had! It was soo good that we felt like we were on our honey-moon.

The B&B is all you could ever wish for:

- It's run by these amazing couple who (has three BIG dogs and a cat!) will help you with everything and on top of that will cook you the most delicious breakfast each morning.

- The room and shared bathroom is simple and beautiful (the web page doesn't make it justice) The room has gorgeous ocean sea view and that together with the fact that it's located just next to the djungle is what makes it's so amazing to stay here.

- Very good value for money!

Please note that you have to be somewhat fit to stay here as it's located on top of a hill and it's difficult to get up and down especially when it's dark outside.

PS. Everyone tried to scare me before we went of all the bugs we would have in our room and how scared I would be. We didn't have any problems whatsoever with bugs!

“The House On The Hill”

Casa Colina

I am getting ready to leave one of the best places I have ever been, Mal Pais Costa Rica. I love it here for the SURF!!, the fun nights, the beaches, the sunsets and Casa Colina. This couple that runs the place is great and they took super good care of me and the other guests. The rooms were always clean, and breakfast was delicious and different every day. If you are looking for a great B&B with great hosts and a great view I reccomend you check this place out.
